Much of Charles's success can be attributed to his extensive building and development background, research experience, and contractual knowledge, enhanced by his astute business sense and strong negotiating skills. In Fall of 2003, Charles left a highly successful real estate career in Southern California to pursue his dream and relocate with his wife to beautiful Northwest Montana. At the time of his departure, Charles was the #1 Producing Agent for 2003 in a major national real estate company's East County Office of San Diego. Upon relocating to the Flathead Valley in October of 2003, Charles assumed the positions of Director of Sales for developments in both Whitefish and Kalispell. Today, he is a licensed Realtor with Glacier Sotheby's International Realty and brings his extensive building, development, and sales background to his position of sales associate. Charles represents both Buyers and Sellers of properties in Polson, Bigfork, Whitefish, Kalispell, and the entire Flathead Valley. Charles currently lives in Polson with his wife, Donna, and in his spare time enjoys fishing, boating, snowmobiling, off-road four wheeling, and is an avid collector of vintage motocross bikes.
